This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on passr0exams.com. Because we sell digital products (online exam preparation content), this policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.

Quick summary: You have 14 days to request a full refund on any purchase, provided you have not completed more than 2 lessons or attempted more than 20 practice questions. After 14 days, or if you have exceeded these thresholds, we handle refunds case-by-case.

Refund Timeline

Days 0–14 Full refund available (if under 20% used)
Days 15–30 Partial refund considered case-by-case

How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to hello@passr0exams.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include your order details

Provide your full name, email address used at purchase, order reference number, and reason for the refund request.

We'll review within 3 business days

We'll confirm whether your refund is approved and let you know the next steps.

Refund processed in 5–10 business days

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your account access will be revoked upon refund.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the period ends.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you are charged after believing you cancelled, please contact us promptly and we will investigate.

Technical Issues

If you are unable to access content you have paid for due to a technical fault on our side, we will either resolve the issue promptly or offer a full refund regardless of the 14-day window. Please contact us at hello@passr0exams.com with a description of the problem.

Consumer Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital content purchases. However, by accessing the content (starting a quiz, viewing a lesson), you acknowledge that we begin supplying the digital service immediately and that this cancellation right may be reduced accordingly. We maintain our 14-day / 20% policy as a courtesy above the statutory minimum.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
