These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PassDipPFS website and services ("Service") operated by Gyundoan Yumer trading as PassDipPFS ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
PassDipPFS provides online study materials, practice questions, mock exams, and revision tools designed to help candidates prepare for the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) examinations.
Our content covers CII modules including R01, R02, R03, R04, R05, and R06.
Important: PassDipPFS is an independent study platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). All CII exam content, syllabi, and official materials remain the property of the CII.

All prices are in GBP (British Pounds). Each module is billed monthly as a separate subscription — you only pay for the modules you need. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect your current active subscription until renewal.
All subscriptions are monthly and remain active until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until that date and will not be charged again. There are no fixed-term or one-time purchase options at this time.
We do not automatically extend or pause access around exam sittings or rescheduling.
Payments are processed securely via Mollie or Stripe. We accept major debit/credit cards. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.
Subscription payments are collected automatically on the same day each month. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content on PassDipPFS — including study notes, questions, explanations, and design — is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own exam preparation only.
While we take care to ensure accuracy, our study materials are for revision purposes only and do not constitute regulated financial advice or official CII guidance. We do not guarantee any particular exam result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassDipPFS and Gyundoan Yumer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
